Return Policy

You have 30 days to request a return from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept returns sent back to us without prior approval.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. As stated above, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
